Trina is such a queen. Professional, knowledgeable and very very helpful. She facilitated the exchange of poor fitting Irish Setters. She got me to walk around the store while she observed how much the boot creased when I walked. Super patient and calm- all sales associates can learn a thing or two from her!

They took my boots and cleaned them and oiled the leather, always do a great job and best service making it worth the price of the shoes and boots!
