Helped me with the computer info needed and process of sending my package and out of the kindness of her heart she threw in an extra ice pack as it was a package containing insulin for a family member that they forgot when they were here visiting. I was stressed about the package having to travel so far as the package needs to stay cold for the duration of trip.
