We were the only people in the store, two employees working, not even interested in helping us buy a pair of shoes. Very disappointed. After waiting for 15 minutes to be helped and having to ask for said help, we found a pair. Went up to the first cashier and she shoved the box at the other employee and said you do it. My daughter and I kept cool the entire time. Used our manners and were polite. There was no, hi can I help you, thanks for shopping. Didn't seem interested at even being there. If my daughter didn't need shoe's I would have walked out.

It was so great! I always loved shopping there because I can find the right pair of shoes. I only like to buy Converse there and sometimes Vans. I got red Converse which were a size 8 woman’s… which are a size six men’s.

Awful customer service. Spend your money at a business that actually wants to work with you.
I was the only person there and ready to buy multiple pairs. Not only was it a hassle to get the attention of either of the people working there, but then they just threw the first pair of shoes at me and walked away. I tried to wave the salesman down again but he was hiding behind the counter ignoring me. I just left at that point.

We will not be buying anything from Softmoc in the future. Customer service has been extremely frustrating and time consuming, they did not resolve the issue of trying to get a refund for a defective shoe. The manager at the GP store was nice and professional however limited access/ability to resolve the poor service experience and unable to refund for a defective product, not from a lack of trying. Very disappointing and dissatisfied. Note: the shoes were returned within one week from purchase and have been given a gift card/credit, but not the refund we were seeking.

The staff experience at the store yesterday was a joke. Not one of the 3 staff members that were “working” could have cared about making a sale. No big deal though - I ordered what I wanted online and had no attitude from them. Obviously this store doesn’t need sales.

We went in at 5 minutes to close, they mentioned they were closing in 5 minutes so I found the shoes I wanted as quick as I could. The gal took the time to find my size! At 5:03 I went to the till with a pair and they said they couldn't ring them through. They never mentioned that the till just "stops working" at exactly 5pm and there's nothing they can do about. Hard to believe but if that's the story you're going with, tell us when we walk in.

Very disappointed. After purchasing shoes in store and checking account it was double charged . Now have a big problem get my money back! This store is a big joke.

Nothing bad about this Store in the Prairie Mall, just need to get this purchase of my chest , bought online Nov1/22 , Calgary Store Ship with detailed instructions from me on Softmocs Website l chose Delivery to UPS store for pick up by old Canadian tire and the parcel was Dropped off Prairie Mall Softmoc address, which is Crazy to say the least I specifically picked UPS for shipping along with it going to UPS store,How it ended up at a completely different address is the matter that needs to be looked into so other customers don't have the same 3rd party parcel carrier Greif. Online shopping always has some crazy surprise waiting such as the one above. Hopefully the All full Grain Leather UGG Buttes winter boots will help me forget about the package going to a different address. Thanks Softmoc Calgary and gp Mall location.

I have been in there 3 separate times looking for shoes for grad and there is never any help. One younger lady who is always working never comes to help and she’s normally alone. You shouldn’t have to call for help and then she says quickly no size and moves on to help someone else. What ever happened to customer service
