UNREASONABLE RETURN POLICY AND NO FLEXIBILITY FROM OWNER. BUYER BEWARE!!I bought two pairs of shoes from them and returned one because the size didn’t work, the shoes unworn and wrapping paper intact, placed in the original box. The shoes were returned on time and was informed that they received the shoes and no problem with them but because the box had clear tap and a shipping label on it, that I would not get a store credit till they were able to get another box of the same brand shoes!The owner Kristen/Christen acknowledged that their policy is unfair to the customer but that I would indeed need to wait till they somehow got their hands on a box for them to give me the store credit. So they have the shoes and a box (no holes, rips or tears on the box) but will not give me a store credit till an unknown date. This could take weeks or months, but I am to wait. I mentioned that as they have the shoes, surely they can credit me and allow me to shop with them, and was flatly told NO. The last time I checked, no one wears the box.How can a business keep my credit and have possession of the item at the same time? Such a disappointing experience with the customer service AND owner.BUYER BEWARE!Update: for context, this email came from your staff member (whose name I won’t mention to respect their privacy). I was NOT offered a refund. Please stick to the facts.Re: ReturnGood morningWe have received your return of the Beuno Biance shoes and due to the condition of the shoe box from not being wrapped with paper or plastic prior to taping/shipping as per instructions we are unable to restock the shoes you returned in their box. We are awaiting a replacement box so that we might be able to restock sell them, therefore, there will be a delay in issuing your store credit.As soon as I am able to locate a shoe box I will issue a store credit and email you regarding the use of this credit.All the best,

An update to the previous review that i left.Thank you for replying to my first review. Also, thank you for reimbursement of funds to my sister! My neice, Jaclyn is under the assumption that you did email me, as you have said, however, I did not receive any emails or any returned phone calls from your store!! Obviously, there has been an error somewhere. I am going to change my rating based on what Jaclyn has accomplished. This has been a very stressful encounter for me, so therefore i will not remove my initial comments.Sandra SnowHorrible, Horrible service! I bought a purse online for my sister's birthday & it arrived with a broken closure. The only time My Sole Addiction would talk to me was when I opened a dispute through PayPal, at which time they informed me that I would have to close the case before they were able to help me. So I did close the dispute through PayPal & I've been trying to get in touch with them ever since & it's simply impossible!! The cost was $211. & it's been roughly five months. I live in Nova Scitia so I'm unable to go to the store & I guess that's why I've been ignored....they could care less about me or my money.....I highly recommend NOT buying anything from these guys!!!!

Just want to reach out and say!U guys rock!!!Not only do u have one of the best aunts&uncles collection I have found in Canada!Ur price are unbelievable! Really good deals!!! I've made numerous online purchases from Sole Addiction. The name warned me, but I kept shopping with them anyway as they have not only wonderful shoes and purses, their customer care is exceptional. I only wish I could shop in person - what joy!

EDIT #2:I received a response from a sales associate at your store, and I'm very grateful that this was done for me. I think the initial email reply may not have been received because the file size (of the picture) was too big. Nonetheless, I have received an answer to my question, and I'm quite pleased. Thank you!EDIT:Upon receiving the response from the owner (see below), I've attempted to reach out to this business again. Hopefully everything will work out and I can provide a positive review!Original post:I would like to be able to comment on the customer service, but I have yet to be served as a customer. I've tried calling the phone number listed here, but there is no option to leave a voicemail. Instead, you are prompted to send an email. So, I did that, but I have yet to receive a response. This business also doesn't allow you to teach them over social media. It is very difficult to shop somewhere from a distance (especially with a small local business) if you aren't able to communicate with them.I do hope to be able to change my review here if I receive some sort of response... Hopefully before the item I'm interested in purchasing is out of stock.
