The last several times I have gone here the water has been cold. This time I was the only one in the wash bays and again not hot water not even warm water. I will be looking to go elsewhere. This place used to always have at least warm water regardless of how many users. No excuse for this.

Truck bays are constantly broken or unattended which results in closure. The odd chance you do get to them while open the pressure is poor and the automated wash never really gets the truck clean.

Clean bay and great pressure/ water volume, wands are solid. No high pressure wax or spot free rinse leaving black rims and windows water spotted.Would be excellent for work trucks.

September 9/2023 First thing in the morning.Took a truck and trailers to the wand wash. Had a bad experience.I have being here once before and use the auto wash it was ok not great. Mine thing with the auto wash was it didn’t get the mud from the steer tires by the king pins. That is why I decided this time to use the wand wash. There do have a fire hose but customers are not allowed to use it. That rub me wrong seeing that sign in the bay.First the Wands in the front on the passenger side don’t work. The pressure is ridiculously low. I had a hard time getting the bugs off the moose bumper and visor due to low water pressure.( A 4 year old could hold that wand with 1 hand )Meaning if you had any mud built up you would be there all day trying to get it off you would be better off peeling it off with your hands it would be much faster. When I brought the truck and super bees to wash there had a good dust coating on them from the lease roads. As for mud there was no buildup on the truck or trailer. The only place there was mud built up was under the fenders. There wasn’t much there due to the day before there were bang off to get the majority of the mud off which was easy due to the mud was dry so it drop in big chunks. What was left for dry mud under the fenders was maybe at the most 2 inches worth. As for the lighting in the wash bay it’s poor need much more lighting as for washing.Due to the poor lighting I thought I got all the mud off from under the fenders while I couldn’t of being more wrong. There wasn’t much but that’s not the point. One thing I was trying to achieve was to get all the mud off from the fenders. The less weight of mud the better. If you are going to use this place and got a bunch of mud built up everywhere I would recommend to use the wand wash to get the engine compartment clean first than go to the auto wash. I would believe it would be cheaper. From the last time I was there to use the auto wash it was about $200At least it would of being cheaper for me today. As to it cost about $262 to use the wand wash. I don’t think it would of cost me $62 to wash the engine compartment. As for this same wash for me to do in Edmonton it would of cost at the most $140 to do the truck and super bees.As I was washing I did the truck first than did the trailer last. Once the truck was done I put up the hood. When I came back after doing the trailers I notice that there was dirt more of dust on the hood so had to wash that again as to it was clean when I left it.

Expensive and they don't have soft water for the spot free rinse.
