Got our screen fix on our phone here cost 450+$ and they completely wrecked the phone, didn’t work for longer than a couple hours, loose screws inside, power and volume buttons fell inside the phone, the phone goes in and out of service constantly (and Vinny himself said if it’s not done properly you will loose service) didn’t give the pen back for the phone. When we call to tell them the problem they basically told us to screw off and figure it out ourselves. Horrible customer service. I wish I knew better and stayed away from this horrible place. Feeling very ripped off and now out 450+ dollars. Please save yourself the $$ and the disrespect and stay always form this horrible shop.

Stay away these guys sell usa based phones. They pass you the phone allready turned on hoping you won't see the service provider start screen. Learn from my mistake always restart a phone before purchase. 4 months after purches the phone stopped looking for all canadian based service providers and when I contacted them about it. They were only concerned about if it was still under warranty. They have since ignored all communications.

Great service & great products. Very welcoming and helpful. I bought my touchscreen desktop and keyboard from this shop 4 years ago and I’m still using it & it’s still in great shape! The technical and hardware repairs are amazing

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had getting one of my devices fixed. First off they tried to keep my case and say I didn't drop it off with one and then they kept giving me the wrong stylus pen for my phone. Fast forward 3 weeks and now all my buttons are falling out and don't even work! Call them to see if they'll fix it and they just argued with me and told me to take my business else where. Highly recommend you steer far away from these guys as there shady as hell.

I But this shop every phone I get seems to have some kind of an issue behind the scenes of it it's cheap reliable phones but they just used phones ..there but I'm not gonna get into detail because I don't know a 100% but the price is right the phones are good quality and the the services friendly you can't go wrong

I liked purchasing items from Vianney, but when something he sold me doesn’t work as it should, I return it, yes just over a month later, but because his system was down at the time and I wasn’t able to get a receipt, so I don’t have a means of showing exact on paper, I did show the add he had posted online for the sale of the earbuds, I paid 125$ plus tax, but because there wasn’t a break down of the total purchase I made from him at that time, he tossed me 100$ and said I have to settle for that. So how is it my fault the item didn’t work? Why do I have to essentially pay you for me to return the earbuds. He listed them online, he knows what they are worth, it doesn’t change at all and I have seen him sell more than just my pair. I got screwed and I’m not happy about it. So instead of causing a scene, like I wanted to, I will leave this poor review. If he wants it changed, he can forward me the money he actually owes me. If not, then I paid to leave this review and warn others. I spent a lot of money there and would be spending even more, but I won’t darken his doorstep if you run the risk of not getting your money back when a item fails to do what it should. I’m disappointed in Vianney, he seemed like a good guy, up until the way he just spoke to me. Not cool. I know this will mean nothing to him, but I don’t feel like getting arrested for causing a scene.
