The Secret shoppers are way too obvious to the point it makes me uncomfortable. Whenever i go in i need to expect to be followed around and stared at by a full grown man?? Not to mention the times ive been wronfully searched and told it was "random" . And im just supposed to be alright with all that?

I was at Walmart Grande Prairie today evening around 6.30pm to exchange a thing which i bought, at the customer service counter there were two ladies standing i guess they were Supervisors, when i went to the counter one of them came and her NAME was JASPREET but didn't even greet or a simple Hi, how can i help you? nothing like that. she asked what's wrong with it, i was planning to exchange it but from the way she spoke i said im gonna return it. She was showing her rude attitude. i have seen this lady before too, she behave like there is nodody like her n giving looks to people. Not kind at all, When service representatives don't show genuine concern for customers' feelings, customers can feel undervalued and dissatisfied. I was so pissed off with her, felt like punching her face. Show your poor attitude back in your country not in CANADA, cos this country welcomed you so you should learn how to welcome others to your store as well. Learn woman

Shout out to the two associate in electronics especially the male on Oct 29 the guy saved me from a pretty dumb spot I put myself in I’m not one for big box stores but it’s guys like that that make me ok with it

I went through self check out and when I got home I noticed there was a box of chocolates I was charged for on my receipt that I never even had. I was confused so i called the store and the customer service manager told me to come back to the store to look at my receipt. When I got there I asked how this happened and she didn’t even want o look into for me or give me the store managers contact number. She tried to type the product number in from my receipt but it couldn’t be found. She told me it looks like a coupon. I said coupons don’t add money to a receipt. I didn’t even have the product so why would I have a coupon for it? She kept dodging my questions about how a coupon charged money to my receipt.

So expensive, dirty and employees are just rude. I know not everyone goes for Pokémon cards but those are $30 over priced and a chapstick which you can find for $3 is $8 at Walmart. Such a scam.

If I could afford to pay off the Walmart mastercard,I would in a heartbeat.Trying to access my online account has been a nightmare from day 1.I believed them when they claimed it'd get fixed.It never is.Ive spent countless hours with them on the phone trying to access my account to no avail.They are the only credit company that doesn't have an actual app.Just spent 2 hrs + today again then finally got through only to loose the connection after their stupid quiz.Tried the technique again but didn't work.Asked them why they don't have an app.No answer just sorry for the inconvenience.Sorry means nothing when it's not back up by action & clearly they don't care about customer service or they'd rectify the problem.As for customer service you wait on line forever as they run through a multitude of ads for insurance etc.Then you have to get to the online dept after already having said that at the beginning of the call repeated to customer service then repeated again to online agent the issue.Guess they have to earn their pay somehow because it's not on the customer.

Employee sneaked in and put review by herself just right after I paid. It was very uncomfortable.

Very rude staff and horrible experience with one of employee his name Subin , I have never experienced like this bullshit the time once I’m doing shopping and paying more than $400 for it , I’m still following with management against this impolite behaviour and terrible experience I had with this member staff!!!!!

It was a great place to go get some supplies after my wife beat me up and kicked me out and took my wallet but kind people all around there helped a Cuzzin out thank you Grande prairie you all were a blessing to me! But I love her and she let me back home! ?

I'd rather drive an hour or 2 to go to different Walmarts then shop at the one in grande prairie, the selection is a joke u can't find anything here, and the staff well we might as well have robots they would probably be more helpful and respectful

The employees at this walmart are an acutal joke, their are rude and very unprofessinal. The amount of indian imigrants that work here is becoming ridculus, other people are not given given a chance to work here because a manager will only hire people of their race. The employees are also very unprofessinal, rude, mean, and do not help customers including my self properly. I ask for a fitting room when i was with my family members and she said she would find someone to help. Instead we catch her by the food area talking, laughing, and gossiping with her coworkers in her languge. Then she had the nerve to tell us if we found it. My mother was not having it and we humbled her and told her off. Overall a bad experience, walmart please stop hiring immigrants and give people in grande prairie who acutally live her legally a chance to work and have jobs.

There was 4 children playing with toys in the toy aisle and the employee named Dominique came and singled out my daughter saying “That’s enough” grabbing the toy out her hands with no explanation. Disgusting behaviour to single out one child out of a group of children like that. Very disappointed in such a poorly trained staff member.
