Salesman don't seem to want your business. I got told to kick rocks since I wasn't ready to buy a truck that instant without even looking at any. Would definitely not recommend buying trucks here.

I’ve bought two vehicles from Windsor Ford and I have been quite happy both times. Second vehicle I bought I dealt with the sales rep Shane, I would definitely recommend going through him. Definitely would recommend Windsor Ford if buying.

Had to bring my 2017 under 60km in because the power steering module broke. It's been to every maintenance appointment through ford and has never had an issue. After paying $3500I got my vehicle back after two weeks and there was a new very obvious noise while driving. Took the mechanic for a drive and he said he can't hear it because he's half deaf. After driving around he said he could hear it wland wasn't sure what it was so he'd take a look and let me know. The next day they called to say it's totally normal and it's just the turbo. Even though it's never happened before. The GM then called me, prettyuch said I'm a liar and it must have been happening the whole time and they won't be looking at it again.

I’ve been going to Windsor Ford for all my service needs for many many years with many many vehicles. I recently had a starter issue and had my truck taken there to have that issue taken care of, while the truck was there I asked to have my block heater looked at, oil change, batteries tested and steering shock addressed. Starter was fixed oil change complete then I was told the batteries, block heater , and steering shock were all good this was before the winter.I was checking oils the day after and checked the batteries only to find one had the side completely blown out of it so not sure how that tested good so I purchased two new batteries.Skip a head a couple months I had it taken there to have the water pump replaced, picked it up and took it home to find it was leaking coolant again. I called Windsor Ford and took it back there right away, I was told I needed a new coolant hose $75. I then asked where they took the hose off from they showed me pictures, after seeing them I asked if maybe they didn’t seat the hose back on correctly. Turns out that was the case and it’s been fine ever since, so being told I needed a new $75 hose plus labour when it was never needed is frustrating.Skip forward to this recent cold snap, I took the truck back in as it wouldn’t start ( also getting a slow small oil leak assessment ) I was thinking maybe the starter went again (still under warranty) turns out it was very cold and the batteries needed a charge and the truck needed to warm up. When I went in to pick up the truck the technician explained to me the oil leak issue (valve cover gaskets) but also brought to my attention my block heater failed due to ripped wires that were clearly like that for a while from the corrosion ( previous owner) and said that could have caused a fire. He also said the steering shock was no good and shot which I had a feeling as it was leaking a bit. Got a quote for an outrageous price stacking labour hours to complete tasks where certain parts are already off. Needless to say I am highly disappointed in the service not only that you pay a premium price for a premium service being a Ford dealership and then find out they didn’t even do the work you paid to have done or were told things were checked when in fact they were not if I could give ZERO stars I would.

Well thans to the attendant turning us away to help install our new bright lights ( they put in low beams but we had the wrong high beams so by the time we got the right ones and returned to store they were almost closed). Anyway we waited a half hour only to be turned away! The attendant said return tomorrow, we r from out of town on our way home. Obviously it didn't matter to him. I explained it's a safety issue and would only take few min.but that didn't matter to him. The secretary told us to return , but that didn't matter either. So here we sit in a snow bank after hitting black ice in 45 below weather. If we woudve had our high beams we wouldve been able to see previous track marks from others landing in the same treacherous area. Thanks for not caring about our safety and making us wait a half hour and now we sit in a ditch until we can find a tow . The attendant especially is one concerned about getting off shift on time. You suck and you are responsible for our demise, I hope karma gets you back.

Large indoor show room. Friendly, sincere staff. Ready to tackle all requests. I would imagine with a high rate of success. Showroom, sales, service, parts. Even if you're not a fan of Ford products, you'll enjoy their service.
