“This was my first time shopping here and the customer service was amazing. The ladies brought me all the sizes I needed and were patient and helped me pick out some nice outfits. They wrapped up my purchase with a fancy bag with tissue paper and a sticker so nicely it was like unwrapping a gift when I got home. They put my new coat in a garment bag. The experience was wonderful and the selection was great. Some beautiful classy clothes.”

Yesterday at check out, we had the most amazing interaction with Heidi. I had to ask her name to give her a shout out because she went above and beyond, and not only made our day but made us feel so blessed and grateful to cross her path.
My mom had the most horrendous experience at Reitmans Red Deer. My dad had bought her two sweaters at Christmas time that she ended up returning because of her reaction she gets from wool. Although they paid $48 for each sweater, upon return, they were only credited $29 for each sweater, and on top, the store kept the original receipt. My senior parents questions as to why they weren’t receiving the full amount they paid, and they were told because the sweater was on sale in the store at the time of return. Upon mentioning this, Heidi had said that it wasn’t right, and that she could give us the customer service number to clear it up. Then she had said, you know what, to save you all the running around I’ll just fix this up for you here and now. She looked up the original receipt, corrected the refunded receipt, and was overly kind and quick about the whole situation. Thank you Heidi for your compassion and kindness and impeccable customer service. The store is very lucky to have you!”
