“Visited store twice to return same item bought online (first time shoes do not fit; second time, item fit finally but didn’t do job as described). The team was patient to process / exchange return. Didn’t buy anything but was please how they handled the situation.”
“Went in today for the first time and was treated SO WONDERFULLY!!! I was shopping for an upcoming event and had my teenager daughter with me. The manager Kate, along with the visiting regional manager were amazing to deal with, super personable, friendly and treated us with the upmost respect. The manger Kate hand picked outfits for me to try and I had “the one” within the first two outfits I tried on. The quality of clothes shows and is truly catered to today’s women. All in all was a refreshing and positive shopping experience and that is more than I can say about any store I’ve shopped at in quite a long time. Thank you ladies!!”
