So bed experience. The guy who work our there is so rude. I just check the reviews and seen lost of people has some issues. I don’t know why they don’t improve. I think need to change the staff or may be closed it if u don’t know how to take customer care .

If I could rate zero I would. I was traveling and chose to stop here for some road snacks and the washroom. My daughter and I went to the washroom only to find it locked. No sign to let us know so I went up to the counter to ask if there was a key. The guy working was so RUDE. I couldn't understand what he was saying and he kept pointing to a plastic lid. I asked again for the key to the washroom and he very loudly said HERE, picked up the lid and shook it in my face. I saw now that the lid had a key on it but the counter is higher than I am and it was in a basket behind the counter, so impossible to see. I grabbed the key and we both went to the washroom. He was glaring at me the entire time my daughter was in the washroom. I was going to buy snacks and some lottery tickets but clearly I was interrupting his TV show so I didn't want to bother him. I tossed the cup lid key chain onto the counter and left. I have never felt like that from a store employee. We will not be back- EVER. That angry person needs to find new employment.

Zero customer service and no respect for anyone. I'm a truck driver and pass thru Hardisty 3 times a day. The guy wouldn't let me use the washroom even if I bought merchandise from the store.

This place is the worst place The owners are so rude. The guy did not want to make coffee because it's 10:30am what kind of place is this. Eso should not affiliate with this company. I will never come here for fuel I will never come here for anything. Oh my God I'm so angry.
