“I'm used to doing my banking with a different banking chain in the big city, where more often than not you're just an account number to the person you're speaking with -- it can make it very difficult to get good service from someone who cares. So, when I went up to High Level earlier this month, I decided to try my luck at this branch and see if I could get an assist with some of my financial matters -- I'm so, so glad that I did!My experience was night and day compared to my previous attempts to receive the same banking services in the city -- Melissa was welcoming, friendly, and understanding, and took the time to clearly explain all of my options while finding what would work best for me. I was so grateful that she took the time to make sure that I was getting what I needed, and she clarified so many things that had been made more confusing by visits to other banks! She clearly knows her stuff and was happy to share her knowledge while I was there, which left me feeling so much more confident!Financial matters are such a sensitive subject, and I really appreciated Melissa's openness and warmth during our conversation -- it made a huge difference in my outlook on things.
