BMO really needs to add a card lock to the front doors in order to access the ATM, they are now locking the doors after hours to prevent loiterers from sleeping/destroying the ATM lobby, this is good but the most simple solution would be to add a card lock, as people who work mon to fri are unable to access the ATM.

We have banked at the BMO in High Level, AB for 21 years. We have always had excellent experiences with local staff and find them to be very knowledgeable.

I'm used to doing my banking with a different banking chain in the big city, where more often than not you're just an account number to the person you're speaking with -- it can make it very difficult to get good service from someone who cares. So, when I went up to High Level earlier this month, I decided to try my luck at this branch and see if I could get an assist with some of my financial matters -- I'm so, so glad that I did!My experience was night and day compared to my previous attempts to receive the same banking services in the city -- Melissa was welcoming, friendly, and understanding, and took the time to clearly explain all of my options while finding what would work best for me. I was so grateful that she took the time to make sure that I was getting what I needed, and she clarified so many things that had been made more confusing by visits to other banks! She clearly knows her stuff and was happy to share her knowledge while I was there, which left me feeling so much more confident!Financial matters are such a sensitive subject, and I really appreciated Melissa's openness and warmth during our conversation -- it made a huge difference in my outlook on things. Thanks to Melissa and the team at BMO High Level for taking the time to meet with me and help me get my financials back on track -- I'm planning on shifting my banking entirely to BMO after this experience!
