I was not happy the AC was unavailable because it is apparently "winter" already but the staff here are so awesome I was able to adapt to the 21c and get to sleep. Shout-out to Anju(if I remember) and the east Indian guy they made my stay here otherwise extremely pleasant and would come back 100%

I was staying at this hotel for a multi-day work trip. I've never felt more unsafe at a hotel than at the Days Inn in High Level. For two days maintenance was supposed to come look at my fridge, which had frozen solid all the fresh veggies I purchased for lunches.
I was satisfied that the Manager (female) would phone me on my hotel phone between 5-5:30pm to discuss grocery vouchers to compensate for the food that was wasted in the fridge. I worked late and did not get back to my room until 6 pm.
I arrived at my private hotel room to find TWO STRANGE MEN in my bathroom! Apparently, the female manager phoned my room between 5-5:30 pm- and since I didn't answer the phone she sent TWO STRANGE MEN to a WOMAN'S HOTEL ROOM AT NIGHT to work on my shower (which did not have any issues when I left).
I was afraid and then absolutely livid that the manager would violate my right to privacy IN MY ROOM during personal hours and MAKE ME FEEL UNSAFE in a room that I had purchased for my personal use. Neither of those men had consent to be in my room, I was never notified that there would be strangers in my room and I never received an apology for coming home to TWO STRANGE MEN IN MY HOTEL ROOM!
In addition to feeling unsafe and disrespected: my room smelled like stale cigarettes when I arrived, the toilet required multiple flushes with poo regularly floating back up to the bowl, the fridge froze all my produce, the kitchen ovens were malfunctioning so hot continental breakfast was not always available, and the same tables were sticky for days.
I will never return to this wastehole. Stay somewhere else!

Room 117
Great place for an overnight stay. Check in was perfect. Justine made us feel warm and welcomed. Then made a curtisy call to make sure our room was all good. Check out with Rahmon was the same. Everyone was very welcoming. Room was spotless and well stocked with quality products. Bed comfy. Sheets and towels clean and soft. I recommend!

Booked a room never received confirmation email. I tried calling the day before to ask about my room if it was booked there was no answer on the phone. When I called to ask why I had a charge on my credit card for over double the room charges

I have stayed at this hotel for more than 20 years, never had a problem. I booked a room last week on the way home to the nwt long drive, tired and wanting sleep at 10:30 p,m they took my credit card for the room and demanded 400.00 cash for damage deposit. Which we did, never had to do this before, next morning upon check out, 2 employees had to inspect my room before they refunded my 400.00 cash. Never staying there again.

This is the place to stay when you are in town. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. They have rooms that are ground level with outside doors and inside doors for convenience. They are quiet.
The staff are amazing day and night and are always there to greet you with a smile.

The lack of enforcement to quiet hours is embarrassing, as a professional who stays in hotels often allowing horrible guests to continue to stay in the hotel ruined most nights sleeps.

210 a night plus taxes. Most expensive hotel in High Level, a town in the middle of nowhere, hallways smell of mildew, no elevator, breakfast isn't until 6am, loud people in rooms nearby, noisy & not worth the money. Will be writing to the franchise board in regards to super inflated prices. Very distasteful & would NOT RECOMMEND. Need to stay in High Level? Go to the Executive, much better. Very disappointed in this Wyndham hotel line. It's cheaper to stay in downtown Calgary? Never Again....

I have never paid for a hotel/motel/place to sleep and gotten a worse bed to sleep on. I have slept on 20+ year old futon couches that offered more comfort and support than the bed in room 107 at the Days Inn, High level. Truly disappointing.
Rooms: Stay anywhere else in high level

Great location, was really too bad that the restaurant wasn't open. They did give us a 10% discount card for two other restaurants so that was nice.
Rooms where pretty small and bathrooms a little dingy but it's a cheaper hotel so that'd expected.
The complimentary breakfast is delicious.
The staff is very friendly!

Horrible rooms, they charge you a lot of money and below average rooms and service. Horrible smell in the room. No water offered , and in breakfast no GF options at all. Gentelmen at the desk during checkout was very rude. Will never come back here.
