Very poor customer service no attention to the customers wants and zero Profesional skills answering phones to family members while telling me to wait and yelling at other employees while customers are in store with little to no experience with any of there equipment.

I enjoy going to Gregg's with friendly and very knowledgable staff available to assist me. I can just call and order what I need and they deliver which is a bonus during these times. Keep up the great work everyone!!!!
