• Anju (PM shift) was very welcoming and professional. She checked me in smoothly, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel comfortable right away after a long trip. Her friendly attitude really stood out.
• Justine (AM shift) was equally impressive. he helped me during check-out with great efficiency and a warm smile. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and gave me helpful tips before leaving.
Both Anju and Justine showed genuine care for guests and provided excellent customer service. It’s rare to meet such attentive and kind staff. They truly made my stay more pleasant, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”
