Broke down with my bike west of Slave Lake. Driver and dispatch were great. Frank my driver even picked up parts for me in High Prairie. Quality guy knows what he is doing and is willing to accommodate the needs of travellers in the north. Thanks Frank for helping me get back on the road.

Crazy fast response time!Battery lost charge.. truck wouldn't start. I called them and Pauline had two guys out to give me a boost and get me going within 15 minutes... At 11 o'clock at night!!Highly recommend this company to anyone in the area, or passing through,8 in need of help....oh... and the guy that gave me a boost confirmed in 10 seconds of the truck running again what I thought 3 months previous when I told my regular mechanic (who didn't believe me) that the altenator needed to be replaced.
