Its a pickup point for puro and otherwise do not leave their address as shipping. I used it as I was made aware its easier that way and all shipments have a charge of $5/package to pickup. Wont do that again even after leaving a voicemail with the to call me back on the details of using their address (no call back)

Very rude service should replace the old lady with a much nicer one can't even pick up a package in peace or ask questions
