“so the accident was pretty bad! RCMP asked if i wanted a specific towing company and i said i don’t care and they went with Brian. BOY and i happy they did. I called today to see my bill, and anything else I need to know and Brian was so professional, so knowledgeable and clam. He seemed more glad to hear i was okay than anything else. He said he’s seen plenty accidents, some not even as severe and people don’t get to walk away. He’s such a gentle human, he asked if there’s anything in the car i might need. My biggest thing was my prescription glasses. He said he’s he found them, and he kept them because they looked important. I was so relieved.
He said he can send them thru the mail to me or with the insurance company when they come for viewing, but the way this man went out of his way is incredible.
