Amanda Richards, branch manager, had handled my request for an overseas payment matter. She must have did 1000 steps to handle my issue, with brevity, politeness and always with a smile. I had to check my watch to see what decade I was in as I thought I was back in the 1980's; where bankers treated people, as people, not as sheep. ATB should hire Amanada to teach, Alberta-wide, all the tellers/managers on how to do exceptional service - coupled with a 300% pay raise and Maybach car for the road. ATB Hinton has a gem of a person working for them!”
