Stayed at the Crestwood while on road trip vacation from Ontario. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff on the desk were great, had a long chat with a nice guy, suggesting places to visit in and around the area. Thanks for the welcoming stay.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable and had everything you would expect.

I got my key card stuck which unlocks my room but the staff was really nice about it and gave me a spare key. They were really nice and useful when it came to me asking questions most of the time so service was great.

Rooms are updated and nicer than you think as the lobby and entrance could maybe do with some updating. There is also no elevator and we had a lot of luggage to bring in but we managed. Something to be aware of if you have a disability and can't use stairs, you would need to request a main floor room. They don't have breakfast but do provide coupons to get breakfast at Wendy's so that is okay.

Prices were good, rooms were average, and amenities were lacking. There were some inconsistencies with the site so I'll state what they have here:
- gym (surprisingly not bad)
-free parking
-free coffee in lobby
- laundry
-ice machine
-bar /limited food inside the building
The shower looked recently redone but there was water underneath the fitted tub which we reported to staff. There are no water fountains and the rooms offer have the bare essentials. The coffee station was as sad as that taste of the coffee, and the bathroom had next to no shampoo/conditioner and bars of soap for hand washing and one for showering. The gym was the only thing that wasn't disappointing, as they had a fair amount of weights and cardio equipment, though a water fountain would have been nice.
Quite frankly- the prices are the best part about this hotel, and the rooms were clean. While I'd like to say I wouldn't go here again, the price point drives me to think that it's a good option for someone looking for a place to lay their head at night while visiting Jasper or experiencing nature elsewhere.
Walkability: Fairly close to multiple restaurants and shopping centers, so location isn't bad
Food and drinks: The only water you can get is from the Taps.
I'd recommend eating somewhere else as not at the hotel bar.

Simple and very cozy hotel. Good sized room, fragrant bed linen and towels. Excellent value for money. Free parking. Does not offer breakfast.

Ideal for tourists looking for something close to Jasper.
The location is great, there are several places to eat and buy something for a trip
Yes, it is an old hotel, but the owners or administrators…. They are worrying about improving it ?
Great cleanliness, throughout the room ?
Relationship: Cost vs Benefit…. Very good.

Incredibly clean. I mean, immaculately clean… the gym is by far the best I’ve seen in a Hotel.
Hinton itself is boring… but the trip to Jasper from this location is not far and it’s beautiful the whole way.
There’s no breakfast, which was disappointing.. but it’s so affordable, I can’t hold that against them. We’d stay here again for sure. The beds are very comfortable.
The only thing negative that I have to say, is that it is COLD. The hallways, the gym.. everywhere is freezing.
Rooms: Very clean, but being your own toiletries as there was just shampoo and lotion in our room
Nearby activities: Hinton is boring, there’s nothing to do- but Jasper is close enough
Noteworthy details: Close to amenities, amazing gym
