The way that managment at this location treats homeless people is disgusting. She accuses them of selling drugs with no proof, just to get rid of homelessness from their store that gives no chances for us to get back up or at least makes it harder.

Kinda expensive. Stuff in the kitchen looked kinda soggy in the steam table. Went to the Freson bros at other end of town. Still not up to drumheller store.

Opens early at 6:00 am. We bought some premade sandwiches to enjoy on our drive back along the Icefields Parkway.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, however i find it dissapointing when i come after 8 am and there is no fresh bread, cinnamon buns, muffins. Its all still the day before. Bakery should be in early and have fresh product out as early at 7 for oilfield workers and general public going to work.

The most over priced place to shop. We try as much to go to Edson or Edmonton to get our groceries. It blows me away how they can take advantage of the people so bad. We got a huge pie from Costco for $6.99 and for a pie 1/2 the size at Freson is $17.99. It is outrageous. It's price gouging at its finest. If we were to shoo at Walmart in Edson we can fill up a grocery cart for around 1-2 hundred Daller cheaper. I get inflation but I feel they are taking advantage of the people. Hinton needs to get a Walmart super store to help drive down the prices or to put Freson Bros out of business. I went there today to go buy some steaks for supper. There is no way in paying that price. I got 4 pork chops and a bag of fry's and onion rings and potato salad and macaroni salad for the same price as 3 top sirloin steaks. The only good thing there is the staff is friendly.

All I can say is the prices are what I call gouging the residents of Hinton. You can drive 89 km and pay less.

This food pulp is recommended!
We shopped at Safeway upon arrival in Hinton. If I had known how well stocked this Freson Bros. was, I would have gone here straight away. I'm a camper and love BBQ, the meat selection here is much better and cheaper too. So people... go here immediately. Definitely not going to Walmart, you can forget about it
