Pretty modest motel. Carpet in the room, smelly, bad mattress...
I wouldn't choose it again (worst motel on my trip from Vancouver to Edmonton, all were in a similar price range)

The old school dive bar vibe of this place is definitely my thing. I stopped in a few times after work to play some slots and have a drink or 2. I'm from out of province but I definitely felt welcome there. The ladies at the bar were warm and welcoming even though I was still in my work clothes and safety vest.
I wish I would have had the time to stop in a few more times during my visit.
Also big thanks to the liquor store staff at the hotel for their friendly vibes as well.
5 stars are not enough.
Thank you for your hospitality bartenders and liquor store staff.

Fantastic $44 a night room. No bugs and surprisingly clean. Little bit of a smell but that’s okay , that’s most motels. Washrooms were very tidy and room very warm. Nice little fridge,microwave and tv with most channels. Staff was decent. Honestly exceeded our expectations for the price.

I have stayed here a few times and it's not bad for the price... I came to this location to get a room during a snow storm and I came to the front counter at 6:45pm there was a sign that said "Be right back" I waited 25 min for the attendant and finally went into the bar to ask if I could get a room and the young lady told me she would find someone. She went to the VLT area and this lady had to leave the machine to come and help me and as soon as we got to the lobby she was all pissy with me and told me that ALL ROOMS AEE TO BE BOOKED ONLINE . When I said that the week before I came in she informed me that's not the way they do things now. She agreed to rent me a room but only if I paid a 500.00 cash deposit and I said that they had never charged me in the past as I leave between 4am and 5am and I was told that they just had all the rooms re done so I asked if they were all done in the past 4 days.... this place is not worth your time.... or maybe she needed some cash for the vlts ....
