“Had my vehicle in to repair some hail damage, and they made the whole process very easy from start to finish. From making the initial appointment to getting my vehicle in for the repairs, everything went smoothly. The repairs were completed quicker than I expected, and I’m very happy with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend CSN Innisfail to anyone who needs repairs done to their vehicle.”

“Kevin and his team are very professional and courteous. Had an alternator done on my brother's car and gave me lots of options and they did the work very fast and the pricing was great. I will recommend them for anyone who gets stranded and anyone who needs mechanic work. I will be using them again in the future for any issues I come across. Thanks Specialty Automotive Repair.”

“Very friendly people. Went for an oil change by far the best priced place in town with excellent service. They were quick with the oil change and did a vehicle check for me. They weren’t pushy like other places with air filters or fluids etc. would definitely recommend”

“Casually looking for a new to me truck and ended up finding a beautiful Silverado at a great price. Texted the next morning to say I would take it. Just on that it was held and I picked it up 2 days later. Great experience with Chris and the dealership… no shady stuff, no gimmicks. Recommend to anyone looking for a used vehicle.”

“We had a front spring break on our vehicle and wanted to buy local. It was late afternoon when I asked for a . quote. The next morning I recieved a text with the quote. I opened the message and approved the work I wanted done. I felt the prices fair and competitive. We got the vehicle in the next morning and also had a couple of other things looked after as well. The service and communication was fast friendly and efficient. We will be reaching out in the future for additional maintenance needs. All in all, we were without the vehicle for 36 hours.”

“Sorry. I left a 2 star review for the wrong store! I came to Ok Tire after a poor experience at Kal Tire in Innisfail. I've changed the review stars to 5 for the experience I had at OK tire. My experience at OK Tire was great and I'll be back again for future servicing. Sorry for the confusion.”
