Disappointed with the lower reliability, We’ve bought two gates from Command gate, our first one was over 10 years ago and it was fantastic, only minor issues which were dealt with right away. We were so impressed with the quality we bought the exact same gate again when we bought a new property. Unfortunately for us we’ve had a lot of issues with this one, at least once a month the gate won’t close, or sometimes open. Since we moved further from Innisfail travel time is now 4 hrs total so $420 before repairs. The service department is great to deal with and very knowledgeable, but we now need to find a company closer to Okotoks to service our gate. Our first gate was $13k second gate was $17k and the quality does not feel the same.

Great service these guys provide. They tried to help me troubleshoot my gate. However it was out of my realm of expertise. Had a technician come out and he was super meticulous and showed me proper maintenance. Super pleased and well priced.

Can’t say enough about this great company!
Over the years many deer have been making my family’s acreage their feeding ground and house. From munching on my Moms garden to eating the raspberries off her fruit trees literally destroying them yearly.
Now it’s been approximately 3 years since the Command gate has been installed. It runs and looks great and continues to deter those unwanted guests!
Nick and his design team gave us a few options and predesigns to choose from. I also believe this gate will add value to any property with its excellent workmanship and design.
Murray, Nick and their crew who installed it were very meticulous in making the gate fit properly and look great.
The Customer service goes over and beyond even three years after it was installed!
Over those 3 years we have had a couple of mishaps of our own doing and they very promptly took care of it. Even if we are in a province away they make it work.
You might think that these gates are pricy but the quality,service and design are well worth the cost of it hands down. They total stand behind their product. Nothing but great experiences!

Command Gate is our first recommendation if you are looking to increase the security of your rural property! My wife and I had a gate installed on our acreage, as well as on my mother's farm and brother's acreage. The staff at Command Gate is very professional and the customer service is great! I have never been so impressed with customer service as I have been with Command Gate! So impressed with the product! My gate provides a polished look of security. Install was handled so quickly and professionally. But the customer service surpasses everything. Questions answered quickly, always treated like a VIP. If you are looking for a gate to protect your property, increase your home value, look great and have immediate customer service……..look no further than Command Gate. We got this because we saw the workmanship in house down the road from us. We asked if they were happy with their purchase and they were thrilled. We now know why they spoke so highly of the product. I was looking for a gate and I saw one off the highway In innifail and I called them and made An appointment to go see the gate I meet with nick and he showed me the gate even took me into there shop to see the production on the product I also added my company logos and with no problems. we crunched some number and was within my budget they set a date for installation June 23 due to the nature of weather in albeta it rain alotand they had to reschedule the rain stopped by Saturday I got from nick saying that they will ne here on Sunday June 26 that morning I got a call from Kelvin that they were on there way they showed up within 30 of call when they arrived I explained were I wanted the gate Sean had mentioned that were I wanted the gate wouldn't look good to the entrance he had suggested a few changes I accepted and yeah now I think about it and Sean had it bang on then the GG layer out were it was to be placed and Kalvin started digging and Sean was on the solar panel and electrical insulationThey were done in no time I had to leave while they finished up when I was heading back to my acreage Kelvin called me to let me know they were done.i was told to call Kalvin when I got home when I got home the gate was left open so I could get in I called kalvin he told me that he would come back to show me how it all works within 30 min he was here we went though everything.i must say I'm very proud of my gate thank you command gate and every one that made it possibleService: Automatic gate installation & repairs

Command Gate has gone and done it again! Murray, Nick and crew are always a pleasure to deal with. I used Command Gate for the first time five years ago and was so impressed with their gate system I chose them for the job again. Their gates are sophisticated and very professionally installed. They are definetly dominating the market right now for private entrances. I would highly recommend these guys for your new gates if you are considering getting one. Great product, great knowledge.I couldn't live without my gate remote!Command Gate provided a tailored service toy needs.Quite expensive, but what isn't? (and I didn't shop around either, so maybe they are all expensive like that or more).
