Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and they also lie. I had a prescription sent in and I got a call to confirm. The next day I get a call asking when I was going to pick up my prescription because it has been sitting in their pickup bin for two weeks… she’s a rude, monotone liar.

Great deals and service. Love the new outside cart return.Sometimes produce is a little old, or out of stock, but I always go there first when shopping, because the prices are always best.

Disappointed. Wanted No Name OJ powder. Full shopping cart at exit of both No Name OJ & Fruit Punch powder. Cashier and stocking person couldn't tell me where the shelf was for the power. Told the cart was for donations. Did No Frills cancel the No Name juice powders?

The new manager Paul has only been there a short while but has already filled the previous shoes. My wife and I love the bulk deals he’s brought in including pancake mix and the milk chocolate cookies. Yes, we buy bulk when he brings in those awesome deals!

Love having a No Frills in our small community. The prices are usually great compared to other local stores. Love that they have put a cart collection in the parking lot recently. We usually do our shopping on Sunday's and it seems that they are low on stock by the end of the weekend.

Prices are better than other places in town, but they don't follow their own policy's. Example: they say they will beat any other adds. But they don't and won't. It is a scam.

I'm absolutely appalled by the management team. I believe her name was Joanne, constantly belittling her employees and talking about them when she believes no one is listening. Customers can hear you, and you weren't even being quiet about it. Everyone looks unhappy working there and now I see why. I'll be grabbing my food elsewhere from now on. The audacity!

Worst No Frills I have ever been too. Absolutely no customer service. Bought pop/juices for a large event and was told at the time of purchasing that any unused product can be returned after the event even if it extended past the two week policy. Went to return the unused product today, the manager stated they cannot make the return due to the two week return policy. I explained at the time of purchasing I was told an exception would be made since it was for an event and it was pop/juices with large shelf life, the manager went to ask the owner. He didn’t have the decency to come talk to me but said through the manager there was nothing the store can do because of the return policy. For the event we dealt with the No Frills in Lacombe and received a radically different level of customer service. All the staff at the Lacombe No Frills were highly accommodating and provided exceptional customer service. Very disappointed that my community No Frills does not have the same level of customer service.
