The staff here are quick and always happy to help. They either know their parts and part numbers or other staff jump in to quickly assist. Most of the time they even know what I need after I’ve awkwardly described what I’m looking for. They’re even quick to get me warranty parts on car batteries or parts and happy to go about it.Their prices are surprisingly competitive against their competitors including the huge online parts centres.Nearly 100% of the time what I need is stocked in store or available next day with free shipping. With the parts in hand I can now replace this fender and side mirror. Thanks Innisfail Napa for doing great work.

I always stop here when I need my battery changed in my car remote. The staff are so friendly and super helpful. They find what I need, replace the battery for me and I’m on my way. I’ve always had a great experience when I’m at the store.
