This is a very nice facility and the staff are genuinely caring, friendly and super helpful. It has made a tough situation into a positive one and I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs this kind of care.

My mom lives here and I have to say that the staff is genuinely caring and attentive. They have a good worker dynamic and I am glad she is here. She is in good hands! One small complaint was she didn't think her room privacy was great, she felt staff maybe take too much liberty in dressers and closets where personal items are kept. Nothing missing, just handled. Excellent in senior care, exemplary I feel.

Suites for residents are very nice. Lots of events daily optional schedule. Staff kind and friendly. Common areas clean and tastefully decorated.

Very rude manager. They accepted my family member, paperwork signed and move in date provided. We gave notice at her lodge, and then they rescinded her acceptance leaving us with 3 working days to find her a new facility. After consulting a lawyer, their grounds for rescindingw were unfounded and contrary to the legalities of the situation. Essentially, they left a 90 year old homeless.

My dad had a short stay here while waiting placement closer to family. I’m happy to report this facility and all its staff have been more then amazing to myself and my father. His care was taken very seriously, and the staff felt like family.
Denisa and Dixie, special shout outs to you for being so grateful and caring through this last two months.
All the staff we encountered have been happy, and extremely caring. I wish we could take all the staff to our new facility! You all will be missed!
