“Traveling to the area for snowy owls. Our rental car warned us a tire had lost pressure. We didn’t have a tire gauge to check it and couldn’t find the lift jack to replace the tire. It was freezing-27C, we were lucky to find Phil and staffs who took care of us like family. Found and fixed the tire in a short time, so we were able to continue the trip. It was our lucky day.
