“The mobile butcher is very quick and efficient. The cut and wrap quality is great and the price is very reasonable. Irricana Meats has a large selection of options for sausage, pepperoni, jerky and burgers. We did have to be on a waiting list for quite a few months so if you have some cattle you want to butcher book far in advance.”
