“Wanted to give a shout out to Katherine who helped us when our (Calgary) National car went kaput while in Jasper.
Our car started leaking oil while there and was bad enough that we couldn't drive the car.
She gave us the good news and bad news story--unfortunately the Jasper location is a franchisee and she could not personally do anything to help with our busted car. But what she did do was call National for us and she said the right things and cut through all of the red tape so that by the next morning we had a replacement car shipped out to us.
We ended up renting a car for the day from her as well and the car worked out great.
That is the type of customer service I look for--thanks Kay!”
