I’ve had a good experience so far.
Needed to replace my debit card and took last than 20 min to update my info and get a new one. Also applied for a credit card at the same day. Staff were really efficient and attentive to all my concerns. No appointments needed.

Went there to open a savings account Ceri (I think I am spelling that right) was nothing but lovely. She made the process better with her wealth of knowledge answering all of my questions. Would highly recommend her for all your banking needs!
