Absolute lifesavers when I was in a bind on our last day of mountain biking in Jasper- needed a wheel urgently fixed and they managed to accommodate me at very short notice!
Special shoutout to Koji- bike mechanic extraordinaire who hooked it up in no time!
Cannot recommend this shop highly enough- very reasonable prices and superb customer service.
You guys are the best!

We rented e mountain bikes for the day. Staff was super helpful in making sure we were prepared for a great day out on the trails. Bikes were fantastic with great suspension. They provided helmets and locks and we rented bear spray from them as well.

Avoid this place. Terrible experience!
We called to book bikes 2 days in advance since it is not possible to do it online with less than 48 hours.
We went to the shop to get our bikes and they told us that it is first come first serve so there were no bikes for us. Then why do they make reservations?
The lady on the counter was very rude and they didn't even try to offer us something like a different type of bike or whatever.

Aside from not being to find what I was looking for, the service could have been better. Overall, it's a decent place otherwise.

Came in to rent some hiking gears, and was greeted by unwelcoming attitude. We decided to conduct our business elsewhere. Didn’t seem friendly to tourists, so I can’t say anything for the locals. But for tourists, I would recommend you go other stores in town.

I had an excellent experience at this store. The staff were incredibly polite and responsive to my needs. The bicycle mechanic quickly and efficiently repaired my electric bike. I was very impressed with the level of service and the friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of bike repairs or looking to purchase a new bike. Their professionalism and customer care are top-notch

Excellent service and the only place in Jasper with a reasonably priced set of cheaper swim trunks (because I forgot) for $31 in wide selection of styles and sizes for a small town.

I called, inquired, drove 2 hours and at 30 minutes before closing they had exactly what I asked for set aside, were incredibly helpful and friendly; 20 minutes later I left the store with every question answered conclusively and everything I needed and more. Phenomenal service, they are absolutely as good(or better) as any other bike shop.
You can walk in, state what you want and they will honestly direct you to exactly what you’re looking for. They didn’t sell me anything on my first visit, instead they helped me find what I wanted for the next.

Great service from the team here. We rented some skates, they had a variety of skates available for each of us and took the time to make sure we had the right stuff.

Last time I ever go in there. Customer service is #1 in my book. They are rude and not very approachable. Can't put a smile on your face work in the back or stock shelves at night! Happy I didn't buy anything.

Terrible service. The salesman kept looking at his watch, pacing, sighing and scoffing when I asked for different shoes or sizes. I had to find someone in the back to check out and the lady couldn't spare one smile. I bought one pair of shoes because they fit, but I went elsewhere for the rest. In a town that has a sports store every 10 meters, better to stay away from Source and go to the competition.
