The room was quite comfortable, but I don't know if there was a shortage of manpower just after the fire. The shower gel in the bathroom was not replenished. There was no elevator and no luggage delivery service. There were many hotels but there were no signs or maps. It was difficult to find the room number!

A little bit on the older side, but room was clean. Air conditioning was very noisy. Pretty expensive but I’m guessing 400$/ night is the average in Jasper for 2 queen beds. Otherwise, service was great!

No complains except this place and most rooms in Jasper are expensive. Location is great in this cute small town. We did not try pool or sauna.
Having Starbucks in your complex will add a star.

We requested housekeeping to clean our room, take trash out and replenish coffee/tea supplies three times. Each time, we were told someone would be up to take care of it. My husband finally walked to the office and asked for supplies, reminded them that nobody had shown up. Nobody ever did. At our request, the manager called us after we checked out and promised us a $100 check for our trouble. It has been over a month and we have had no check and no communication from them. I have tried to contact Pursuit as well and have yet to get an answer.

Nice and helpful staff, very comfy beds. AC is a bit loud, if you're a light sleeper. It's the second lodge in to Jasper coming from Banff/Calgary so it's a bit far to walk to downtown, but there is lots of parking available downtown. Also love that there's a Starbucks in parking lot.

Very very small and dark room in retro style (necessarily needs improvement!)!
The room was very hot, unfortunately there was only one small window that could be opened (hard to bear with 4 people in a small room!), and the air conditioning was extremely loud! The background noise, both from the air conditioning, from other guests walking past the room, but also from the main street was very loud and annoying. There was also no safe.
The carpet in the room was rather shabby; Quite disadvantageous in such a small, dark and warm room. Otherwise, the bathroom and beds were always clean.

Front desk is very helpful, got an upgrade to a room with microwave due to needs.
Rooms: Big room with all the amenities plus microwave.
Safety: We feel safe walking around even at night.
Walkability: 10 minutes walk to downtown

A nice hotel in a quiet location. We had a nice room and a parking space right in front of the room.
Rooms: The room was clean and equipped with a refrigerator. The parking space right in front of the door was practical.
Nearby activities: There is a lot to see around Jasper and you can go on great excursions.
