I stayed at this hotel with my husband last July.
We only stayed in Jasper for one night, but this hotel and all the beautiful scenery of Jasper will live forever in my precious memory.
The room was comfortable, the clean laundry room was impressive, and the breakfast space was cute. :)
We were very worried about what situation Jasper faced and how they went through it when we heard about the bushfires.
We were sad to hear that this hotel was burned down.
So sorry for this tragedy and we are sending our heartfelt support.
I'm looking forward to visiting again and meeting Jasper's beautiful nature.
We pray for the people of Jasper and the wildlife, everyone.

Our family had stayed during the first week of July and had a wonderful time. The room was descent size. Maid services and breakfast service was great. I had few interactions with maid services and very much appriciate all their prompt services. Breakfast service was also great and was impressed how staff will keep the place clean and provided all the services during morning breakfast time.
I also had an opportunity to chit chat at the front desk and had enjoyed the same.
With that, just want to send out my appriciation and prayers for all the staff and owner with the current situation.

My family and I stayed here in 2021. We had a great time at Jasper.
Sad to see what happened to the hotel and to the whole city.
Please take your time to recover.
It was affected by the great earthquake in 2011.
I know things are tough right now, but brighter days will definitely come.

Very small room, bathroom only separated by a sliding door (no privacy), we have had different experiences there before, were there for the second time and were unfortunately disappointed this time. Breakfast good and sufficient.

Great staff and service. I had originally reserved a room to stay here but had some things come up and they worked with me to find a resolution.
So while I can’t speak to the rooms themselves, I can speak to their quality of service. Based on my experience with them, if I were to come back to the area they would be my first choice without hesitation.

No elevator. The room was small but very clean. Breakfast was good and a big room .People were friendly.well run for it was very busy ( high season)hot tubs and a snow capped Mountain View from the room.
Rooms: Small rooms but well planned & we were fine with it.
Walkability: Many people walked into downtown area . ( about 1/2 mi.).
Food and drinks: Good breakfast

The property is at a good location and in very good condition and clean, but there was smell like an old shower curtain in the bathroom and room. The bathroom is two pieces, and the vanity was outside the bathroom. That was also inconvenient. Also, they need to improve their breakfast.
