My partner and I has the best experience in this store! Karen was so attentive and helped my partner find his size. She gave us advice on the brands and fit of the clothes, she knew her products! She was super friendly and provided the same service to everyone who was in! Cannot recommend this store enough!

I went in to buy my second pair of beautiful aboriginal artist tights from this store and was shocked at how rude the store clerk was. I spent $140 on one pair of tights here about 3 months ago. I asked about a locals discount and the lady not only looked me up and down like I was rif raf she walked away and didn’t even ask what size I wanted. This place has lost my business I don’t know when they got so pretentious but I certainly don’t deserve to be looked at like that when I’m trying to spend $118 on one pair of tights.

Was casually strolling down the street and noticed they were having a sale on shoes. Went in and the lady working was incredibly friendly and helpful! Ended up purchasing some shoes and my husband also found some high quality items! The store is kept very tidy and has some unique things and brands, would recommend.

Great shopping experience at Mountain Air. Different brands and styles than what I am used to seeing at other stores. Some European products. Loved so many items and walked away with a few of them. Great store with plenty of options and great taste!

I was so pleased with the great service at Mountain Air! I bought 2 shirts yesterday and mistakenly took the wrong size. The sales associate noticed I had left with the wrong size shirt and put the correct size aside for me. She saw us today and let me know about the error (I had not noticed). She went above and beyond for a great experience! Thank you so much and we will be back again.
