I put oil at your gas station before 8 a.m. on June 28, and I designated 100 CAD, and I actually put 65.88 CAD in the gas.
However, the card bill details show that 100 CAD is not canceled and both are charged. Please check.
Other gas stations were flawlessly good, with parking spaces and convenience stores.

This was a great gas station stop. It had more than enough room and options to choose from, good staff, and reasonable prices. It took a bit to find a gas station that worked well, but this one is definitely one of the best in the area.

I first went to this Shell in 1973, when I was about 20 and it had repair bays and mechanics: I actually got auto repairs done here, I worked at Jasper Park Lodge (owned by CN Hotels then). I returned 2 times (on a road trip) in May 2024, after 50 years and could still recognize it. Jasper Town has certainly grown & changed a lot.I personally found the staff friendly and helpful to me & enjoyed chatting with them, perhaps because I am a world-traveller. I'm from Ontario, and it comes close to matching the standards that Shell wants in its stations Coast to Coast. One cannot blame the staff if they don't know everything about Jasper Nat.Park.Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 Shell Stations in Prince George, BC, don't meet Shell's standards, in my opinion. I went out of my way to avoid the Hwy#16 station on my return journey (broken washroom door, could not be locked, not clean washroom, only 1 washroom, covered in grafitti, Shell App locked me out at the pump, had to wait for coffee to be brewed, staff were infamiliar with the Shell App, etc.) , but the station near Taber Drive wasn't much better. These stations seem to need some capital investment, problem solving & more training. I never went to the 3rd station, but I think Shell Canada needs to send a "secret shopper" to these stations if Shell wants an untarnished image. Personally, as an Airmiles/BMO/ShellApp customer, and a regular in my own city, I would avoid these stations in Prince George, BC, & maybe go to Co-op, or PetroCan instead! They are certainly not enhancing Shell Canada's image nor typical standards, in my opinion. I hope my feedback is useful.

Helping staff and clean washrooms. Always have a smile while greeting customers. Everything at a reasonable price and also to add up they have a 24*7 vape store which adds to an added advantage.
