I’ve bought a few toys and gifts from here in the past and frankly it blends in with all the others stores, but on our most recent trip this summer the owner (?) shook his finger at my son who gently picked up a toy airplane to look at it. He pointed to a sign that says don’t play with the toys. My son is deeply feeling and started crying because he didn’t know what he did wrong. We walked out and I bought him a toy at another store. Maybe don’t sell toys if no one is allowed to pick them up and look? He wasn’t even playing with it.

We were attended by a very friendly young woman and just the day we went there were very good things on offer, we bought gifts for Christmas and souvenirs such as keychains and etc. What we liked the most about the store were the sweatshirts and of course the offers hahaha

Really really really bad customer service we received today. When we came in the guy never said Hi or do you need help. He was on the phone the whole time even when we paid. When we paid, I said Hi 2 times and have a great day, never said a word to me or my friends. He was alone today and I couldn’t do a complaint, but I really want to do a complaint. It’s inacceptable to go in a store and the staff or owner never talk to us. Really not impressed. To be honest, they don’t deserve 1 star.

Went today. The young woman cashier was so sweet. She was super friendly and helpful. Very patient with me. Found some cool shirts. Highly recommend

One of my favourite gift shops, not only do they carry my favourite items but they are also very sweet and friendly. I do not live in jasper but they took the time to ship out my items. Forsure will be visiting them when I visit jasper :)
