I agree with the last post…I’d give a 0. The pictures they asked for were ridiculous; send out an adjuster. 2 weeks for a quote. I have a house going up for sale. Why would I replace a functioning water heater?! Then the excuse was, it would have been $7000. I would have paid that, up front!!

Always have been easy work with. When fixing damages for claims they have gave me options for more environmental friendly methods which i think is aweasome!
