I brought my car in after it had previous transmission work at another dealership, showing signs of failure, I had 0 hope in this car being fixed
They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my car was safe for myself and my family
I will no longer take my car anywhere else.
I had no trust in my car, and they gave confidence and I’m so happy they did.
Harold went over everything with me and had no problems answering any questions I had.
Cheyanne is AMAZING! She has amazing customer service.
Things break, now I have full confidence that I can bring my car back if something happens and it will be taken care of!

Update: Thanks again Lacombe Ford for taking care of my 2020 Ford Escape hybrid. From oil changes to recent upkeep repairs work has always been done very well. There are always costs to vehicle ownership and Lacombe Ford has matched or beat competitors for work I needed completed. Thanks Johnny! Parts staff also helped change my fob battery and shuttle staff are great people to chat with. Thanks Cindy! Looking forward to more trips with excellent gas milage!

I purchased my second Ford Escape from Lacombe Ford. Aside from excellent salesmanship and the patience to answer all my questions while buying my new Escape, the ongoing service and dealings with the dealership staff have been very positive. I suggest any person looking for a new or second-hand Ford should come to Lacombe.
Now, if you are lucky enough to live in or around Lacombe, stick around for the service. I can tell you that the staff work hard to do their best to earn and keep your trust. They also work to reduce cost as best as they can. I value customer service and relations building... and the interactions with the staff.

Absolute fantastic experience purchasing from Lacombe Ford. Everyone I dealt with was great.Sales- Trevor, Sales Manager- Andrew, Finance- John and Phil in sales who filled in for Trevor when I picked up my vehicle. Everyone is very professional and treats people with dignity and respect. They have a tremendous small town attitude and make buying fun.

I gotta say, I don't know what has happened with this dealership- but the last few times I have gone there, the customer service has been horrible... I went there a few months ago, and paid for an oil change with the tire rotation, and they had failed to rotate my tires (weren't afraid to charge for it though). The Only reason I knew they didn't, was because I had a nail in my one tire that had a slow constant leak- and it was the same tire after the "rotation".. Then last week I was there to pick up a bulb, and the parts lady was so rude and in a b!tch mood- and spoke to me like I was an idiot (my dad worked at a dealership, and i have a mechanical family- I know what I am talking about) and after telling her info time and time again, she kept asking me the same question (with an annoyance in her tone) I unfortunately, don't think I will be bringing any of my service back to that dealership!

I was recommended to go to the dealership from others off the five star unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience as the staff was very slow to get back to update and seem to be nonchalant when it come to wasting time I’m sorry But no prevail to change the behaviour . Even when I voiced that they were not very punctual and didn’t seem to care about the car sale itself, considering the fact that I’ve been to other dealerships and it never took weeks as they say they pride themselves a 20 minute approval. And honestly, if you go down and read the reviews on negative comments, they don’t respond very nice However, that being said, I will not bring my business to people that don’t value time as I don’t think I should have to waste weeks to have a ponder about response, the nonchalant behaviour to such lack of timeliness is has shown to detour me from ever going to this place again because I don’t believe they value the customer as they say they do .if that the case they would’ve answered back, they would’ve responded quicker instead of days later and having the customer respond to ask them what’s going on that should never happen should be top priority to make the customers feel valued . My point when you reach out to them and they don’t correct the behaviour it’s a behaviour that continues and I don’t think that this is just gonna be me saying this. This is obviously something that occurs often because they were so nonchalant about. It means that they’re comfortable, shoving people off And not caring about other peoples time. Keep in mind this is not a bitter response. This is just a experience. I’d like to share to hopefully be corrected in the future as because saying it to them didn’t mean anything so maybe this way they’ll hear and see it and maybe do better for the next person because nobody deserves to sit in ponder for weeks and then just have oh I’m sorry. I thought they got back to you knowing nobody called, very unprofessional

First off I will start with I don’t live in Lacombe or drive a Ford vehicle. I was in Lacombe to visit family and stopped at a grocery store before going to their house. Starting my car up, it went into limp mode. I managed to drive to Lacombe Ford Dealership, where they ran a diagnostic, and kept my car overnight to wait for the part (crankshaft sensor). The staff are friendly, helpful and kept communicating with me. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything. The repair and price was very reasonable. I recommend Lacombe Ford Dealership. Thank you ?

Absolutely loved my experience with everyone at Lacombe Ford! It’s always stressful buying a new vehicle, but Taylor, Kevin, Frank & Dale made my experience so enjoyable!
Dale was excellent in showing me all the “bells & whistles,” on my new bronco. Very thorough with everything! Dale especially, made my shopping experience fun.
Frank, it felt like I was chatting with a friend. No pressure for anything in the financial department!
I will be 100% referring the Lacombe dealership to all my friends!
