Someone shoukd call the health inspector on this place. Think I might. There are two bathrooms but they have one blocked off and the other one is absolutely gross!! I would never go here again. They old owners kept this place looking clean and not so clutteted. So disappointed how this store turned out.

Very pleasant staff. The store has quite a selection of products. Gas was approximately 6 cents more than in town. Bathrooms-one was out of service and the other needs a new sink and hardware, otherwise it was clean.

Horrible management, the owner/manager is actually rude and agressive. The bathroom is beyond gross and the entire store looks run down and filthy. Super disappointed, petrol canada ,i would steongly suggest to not be associated with this store, its appalling. Will never go there again.

Carbon Tax reduction didnt occur. The owners are taking the 13 cents a Liter to themselves, just as bad as Trudeau here.Could use more frequent cleaning.

If I could give Zig Zag a 0 rating, I would. This review is LONG overdue. I was raised in Lacombe, lived there for 20 years and have never been treated as poorly as my family and I were during a recent visit. It was beyond embarrassing. We made a 2hour drive from Calgary to meet a family from Edmonton to collect a package. We parked at the back of the Zig Zag station, out of the way of any potential customers. Our kids got out to stretch and walk in the green space between Zig Zag and the Country Club Inn while we waited approximately 5 minutes for our other party to show up. Immediately, a man from the Country Inn (which appears to be related to the Zig Zag owner) yelled at our kids to get off the grass. It's a huge area, about 30 yards from the Country Inn itself. Moments after, a young man from Zig Zag (guessing the son of the Country Inn owner) then rudely asked us to leave and go away. We patiently told them that our other party was 2 minutes away and that we will leave in the next few minutes and that we were clearly out of the way of any customers (by the way - none appeared this whole time). Seconds later, an older woman came out of Zig Zag (assuming the wife/mother/co-owner) as our other party showed up. She immediately told us to leave and stood beside us in a confrontational way, trying to interrupt our conversation. Again, no customer showed up or came within 20 yards of us. From the time we arrived, we were gone in about 8-10 minutes.PETRO CANADA, I would strongly suggest that you change your management. This is the first gas station off the highway and the absolute worst experience for any newcomers driving into Lacombe. By the way, the bathroom in the Zig Zag and PETRO CANADA facility had mold and urine everywhere, which was unbelievable and appeared to have not been cleaned properly in months. So much for small town hospitality. Lacombe can do better.

Horrible horrible experience for getting gas here. I ask the female cashier to give me receipt. She asked," which pump?" I told her my car was parking at first pump and she could see it from the window. She refused to give receipt and asked me to go back to see the pump number. I said " you work here, you should know this better than anyone else." She gave me very rude attitude without finishing my words and started to scream on me. I thought she must have some metal problem and I felt the owner shouldn't hire such employee. I want to make the complain to the regulator of the gas station industry.
