Garfield and James provided exceptional customer service. I needed a rear passenger door for my Ford escape. First James said they had one ! I ended up dealing with Garfield and he was so helpful. The door was a perfect match . I picked up the door and took to Popow auto body to have the door installed! Again I received excellent customer service Thank you guys so much !! 5 stars plus . Merry Christmas to you all and I wish many blessings for all of you in 2025!

I work with tons of auto wreckers in my line of work and they are all grumpy and rude. NOT THESE GENTLEMEN. they are fun, kind and friendly. I will be going to them for any of my own personal needs for cars!

Wow what a great place bought a fuel tank for my car they were great had it pulled for us thanks for the amazing experience and that tiger that's on the ceiling that's awesome thanks again for the wonderful experience

I live in Medicine Hat. I spoke with Garfield and had a wonderful experience!
He got me a door with matching paint and working motors/switches for my Grand Prix and shipped them to me at a very reasonable price!
Ontop of that, i called back today (09/17/24) and he was straight forward and honest about costs of buying new vs used from yard when he thought the difference was hurting me. Turns out he saved me almost half!!! I worked sales for 15 years and its rare you see that passion of caring about the consumer instead of lining ones pocket.
I will continue to do business with Popows because of these interactions. Thank you Garfield!!!

Called them needing a heavy tow truck, and although they were busy and couldn’t get to me on the time line I was looking for Wayne lined up a 3rd party company to help me out.

I have had dealings with Pow Pow's for many years, they always seem to have the part I need, I think the price is always fair, I as well as my whole family know Leo and his kids that run the place, I can always say they have been good to me.

I had my truck towed from my driveway to the shop with a transfer case issue. Tow truck operator was friendly, fast and professional. Great communication between their dispatch and customers. Highly recommend Popow's for any Central Alberta towing.

the absolute worst company in town for both body shop and especially towing. if your vehicle breaks down and you need a tow from them I highly recommend pushing it at least then it'll be in better hands. thier staff ranges from sexist to incompotent to down right disrespectful. this place is a complete nightmare to deal with and even speaking to the owner is a waste of time. the first tow I had from them I was at work and they came to my house anyway and dragged my parked truck side ways and then backwards half way across the parking lot I came home to black marks across the parking lot. the next tow I had they sent someone who didn't even know how to hook up the truck properly much less be able to drive with the truck on the back I'm truly surprised my truck arrived at its destination without dents and scratches all over it although I needed to fix my landscaping before my landlord saw the mess the tow truck driver left as he just rammed everything and drove over what ever he felt like to hook up to my truck when there was ample room for him to properly align with my truck

I haven't been to the location. I did obtain an engine from Popow's via my mechanic and they provided a good product and met their timelines for delivery.

wasnt too happy dealing with these guys way over priced starter i got from another wreckers for 45 $ they tried to sell it to me for 110 same brand
