I came in looking for Christmas gifts a few weeks ago and was struck by the variety and quality of items here. I especially loved their selection of saddle blankets. I didn't end up buying anything, but I would recommend coming in. Everything from practical horse items, western and country decor, and clothing.

I do not write reviews often and I can honestly say that I have never had a 5 star experience across the board. The website was easy to navigate, I found exactly what I was looking for, but what compelled me to write this review was their exceptional customer service.
Beth was incredible. She went above and beyond and made what I thought was impossible happen. What was even more impressive was she continued her communication and kept me updated until my order arrived. I don't know who Beth is, but I do know that Ranch By Design is lucky to have her and I can't thank her enough. That level of outstanding customer service is rare.
I highly recommend Ranch by Design to anyone looking for great products, outstanding customer service and speedy shipping!

Exceptional high quality products and amazing personal customer service that goes above and beyond. I have purchased multiple products from them and am impressed.
