I had about $200.00 worth of clothing I wanted to try on. The clerk told me the fitting room isn't open during the last hour. Bizarre policy and they lost out on a potential sale. I won't be back.

We were visiting Lacombe and decided to pop into this store to see what they have. It’s very expensive compared to the Dollarama, across the parking lot from them. We bought a bottle of lemonade for $2.85 and left.

Average Red Apple store, decent products and always friendly staff. Product quality had diminished over the years and no longer feels like a decent department store but a true discount retailer.

I give 3 stars because sometimes you do find good discounts on decent quality items. More typical then not, however, you are buying items for basically the same prices that you’d get elsewhere, and they do have quite a few low quality items you’d picture being sold at Dollarama for much, much higher prices. For example, a ladies polyester shirt in a poor cut selling for $22.I do like how I don’t have to go to red deer at times when I need a gift. There aren’t very many options open on Sunday like this store is. Just don’t assume you will actually get a discount.
