Good pharmacy however they have a habit of just throwing you on hold, I’m old fashioned and find that arrogant and rude.. I’ll hold about 5 minutes and then I hang up. Been trying to get through for 1/2 hour so far as I need to speak to the pharmacist but I’m not about to sit on hold for an undetermined amount of time. They could answer and say that they are busy and it’ll be 5 or 10 minutes, whatever they are currently running at. Just a thought.

i used to go to shoppers for everything but everyone at this rexall is just so friendly i found myself slowly switching over ? the 2 pharmacists there are always so helpful and you can tell they genuinely have passion and pride in their job.

I would like to say that initially I was happy with the service I received at Recall Lacombe. So much so that I made the decision to transfer my existing prescriptions to this Rexall.Sadly, this has not been a great experience.When I went to pick up my transferred prescriptions last week, there was an issue with my insurance provider. The insurance provider had the wrong birthdate in their database (an employment payroll mistake). I asked Rexall to please fill my prescription and I would get in touch with the insurance provider and rectify the error. I do need my prescription and if fixing the issue was to persist I would pay for my prescriptions.In the meantime the issue was fixed with my insurance provider.I went in this morning, in -20, to pick up my prescription and it had not been filled. I could wait 20 to 30 minutes or come back later. Unfortunately I could not wait the 20-30 minutes.I am put off by this - my time, energy and vehicle expense to go out in this weather are of value, only to be told sorry, no can do.I have made the decision to give another drugstore my business going forward. Will they be any better? Who knows. I will keep marching forward with the hopes of finding a drugstore that values their customers time with more consideration.

Lots to offer, an amazing pharmacy and photo printing station. The staff are helpful and always friendly.Cons are they don’t have as much selection for beauty products as shoppers or as good of a return policy.One thing I found frustrating is it costs $0.50 per standard 4x6 photo. It is the self service minute photos (which took a lot more then minutes as I printed 100 photos in about half an hour). So for 100 sub-quality photos it was $50. I do think that is massively overpriced. Walmart photos are closer to $0.25 and they are much better quality.

I appreciate the pharmacy staff at Rexall, they went above and beyond to get a prescription renewed and filled when my family doctor went MIA.

Completely terrible closed early im struggling needed one thing knew what I was getting kicked me out 10 minutes before closing because they closed the till early I do expect a formal apology and will be contacting the owner. Completely unacceptable

When it says there closed at nine they should close at 9 not 8:45 kinda annoying I don’t understand why the staff had to be super disrespectful when telling us to leave.
