“The reception staff were very kind, we were checked in 3 hours earlier, so we had time to relax and take a walk near the lake.Stunning location 500 meters from Lake Louis. The room has everything you need. We also had dinner at their restaurant and the food was good.”

“We had a wonderful short stay at the Lake Louise Inn. Enrique at the front desk gave truly exceptional service and I cannot praise him enough. Enrique made checking in and out pain free and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay, evening going as far as giving a courtesy call to our room shortly after we arrived. After a long day of hiking, we decided to utilise their hot tub facilities which was perfect for our sore muscles. We had dinner at the explorers lounge and the food and drinks were delicious and priced as expected being in a busy tourist location.Would highly recommend staying here and will be letting all our friends and family visiting to book here!”
