Very helpful staff. Had amazing service today when picking up an online order. There was only one in stock so phoned the store to make sure it was actually available for purchase. Spoke to a very helpful member of staff on the phone, pick up was great. The customer service staff, manager and online order staff were brilliant. Excellent, friendly service.

I had a nail in my tire and went to Canadian Tire to try and get it patched. They told me it was too close to the wall of the tire and that I needed to replace my tire. I went to another place and got it fixed there with absolutely no issues.

First time at this Canadian tire store driving from spruce Grove to pick up a BBQ smoker. My husband found a woman working in the area Oct 12th 1pm (never caught her name) and asked her where he would find the BBQ to purchase one. She got snotty with us and said what are you asking me? Not once but twice. Well we want to buy the BBQ but how are we supposed to know it's in the back of the store? Then she tells me husband to you need to go to the front enterance and get the flat deck cart because you will need it. Then she walked away and said oh there's one here. The whole time she had an attitude. If you don't like dealing with customers then maybe you shouldn't be working in retail. I wish I caught the woman's name and spoke to a manager in charge. My husband was in a rush to get this smoker set up to go for the Thanksgiving weekend. Train your staff like every customer matters. Put yourself in our shoes and see how you like to be treated.

Horrible service. Most of the Front counter staff should not be dealing with the public. Even booking appointments is a gong show. No respect for anyone’s time. Never again!

Took a tire into the Auto Center for repair. After many questions, off what vehicle, where did I buy the tire etc., I finally said "my normal repair shop" would've been working on the tire already. She (Carrie) suggested I take it to that shop then. Good advice! I did and won't be back.
