Absolute excellent service! Took truck in for front bumper damage, when I picked up truck, not only was damage fixed beautifully, Chloe had cleaned the complete inside of my vehicle! Beautiful job!! Thank you Chloe!!! Would definitely recommend them! From front end service to back of the house workers, they are the best!!!

I was dealing with the guy who hit me and the staff at CARSTAR walked me through the process so I understood what I needed to do. Repairs were bang on and they even polished some scratches that I thought were there forever.

I had an excellent experience here. Service was quick, staff were honest and reliable, and it cost less than the original quote I got at another shop! I will absolutely be back to get any more work done on my vehicle I need - and I'll be recommending to all of my friends!

Absolutely terrible service! If I could give them zero stars, I would. Brought my car in for a simple fix, and they promised it back in 3 days. It took them 2 weeks! No updates, no calls. When I finally got my car back, the job was botched. The repair was not done properly, and it was clear they rushed through it. To top it off, when I asked for compensation for their mistakes they claimed they would but never did, and they avoid answering calls. They refuse to hold themselves accountable. Avoid this place.

Do not trust this place with your car! Brought mine in for a simple repair, and they said it would be ready in a week. It took them 4 weeks! The repair was done poorly, with visible flaws and uneven paint. They clearly have no respect for their customers’ time or money. When I asked for compensation for the extra hassle, they refused. They also purposely avoid answering calls and refuse to hold themselves accountable for their mistakes.

Hi there my husband and I have a truck and we when there. It was fixed and the staff are very unprofessional. I just called the secretary who proceed to argue with me and hung up the phone on me. I was only making a complaint about how service standards were poor. I understand this is a 5 star company but very disappointing.
