Excellent customer service by Suresh Nannamatti and Team. Very quick with work and get it done with ease. Most of people dont like this branch but I appreciate their help. This is great team work !

Terrible place DONT use Cibc switch to Rbc or someplace else, they don’t answer phones or call you back, can’t get in touch with anyone

Giving a 1 star because I can't give zero. This bank has drastically gone downhill. You get told one thing on the phone and then book an appointment, for them to tell you something different when you get there. What a complete waist of my time. I will be finding a new bank for my children and I. Completely useless.

Called the CIBC to dispute a transaction, I put on hold for 113 minutes, seems they really don't care about their customer, this is ridiculous.

Worst banking experience I have ever had. It was unpleasant and unprofessional. 15 minutes of the manager lecturing me how I cannot get a PLC due to how much overtime I work and since I work shift work it’s “unreliable”. I proposed using my year end T4s instead of paystubs but he refused saying it will not work unless I get a letter of employment. He lectured me until I asked “can you even try to help me” He finally agreed as I was about to walk out. This manager proceeded to open my account FOR THE FIRST TIME and sheepishly offer me a 10k+ line of credit… I didn’t need to provide proof of income. He only had to open my account and he would have seen the system already offered me this line of credit.Save yourself the stress just drive to Edmonton or Wetaskiwin.

Kristy was amazing, I needed a bank statement for my Permanent Residency application which appeared to be more complicated than I thought. Regardless, Kristy had it done within 3 hours, even right before the Christmas break! Really happy!

Very disappointed. I just moved to area and switched to this bank from my local bank I use to deal with. Unfortunately I was lied to about cheque deposits. Told me I would see money in account with in 24 hrs but now they are telling me 10 business days. Lakeland credit union would clear my cheques within 24 hours. This is unacceptable. I’ll be switching back to my old bank and not recommending your services to anyone anymore.

Pathetic service overall. Even closing out my account was a chore. The branch associate Jasmeet I had the displeasure of dealing with was so bad at assisting me it was almost impressive. Just deal with another bank.

I wrote a cheque for one of my employees she banks here, I was called by these guys to confirm the cheque which i did. They still would not release the hold on this cheque for her to get paid.... The manager could have and chose not too. This lady has children, I pay my employee in cash now and she is closing her account here.

Review From 2020: For the past week I have called 4 times trying to book an appointment with a financial advisor each time leaving messages. I have yet to receive a call back. Highly disappointed.Updated Review June 25, 2021A year later since my last review...By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Try to book a financial appointment, good luck. They will book you four weeks or more out or refer you to another branch in a different city.Try to get any response at all from their general manager via email or calling you will not here anything, even after two weeks of trying; four email attempts and three voice-mail attempts.Due to this ongoing for well over a year now I will be pulling my funds as this branch has gone way downhill. As a customer for almost 30 years I am astonished at the lack of professionalism the Leduc CIBC branch now delivers their customers.
