“I would like to thank the 2 lovely salespeople who helped me saturday January 4 when I stumbled in quite unprepared for a shopping experience. Due to grief & some huge life challenges I’ve been shut down for literally years but am now pulling out of the darkness. Yay. I have no sense of style anymore even though I used to be on top of it all. And apparently I’ve also aged in the process, so that’s fun. They were helpful, hilarious, called me out when needed, supportive & made great suggestions as I rebuild my wardrobe for the future. I left with 2 wonderful pieces & will definitely be back on a regular basis. I didn’t get their names but they deserve a huge shout out for being so lovely with my sad little Self that day. I told him my style and what I was looking for, and he guided me through everything — from choosing the right sizes to setting up the fitting room. He checked on me often, made sure everything was comfortable, and brought anything I needed right away.

“Despite encountering a multitude of unfavorable reviews about this particular Guess outlet, we decided to form our own impression by visiting on a Saturday evening. While it is true that the staff lacked warmth and enthusiasm, we did not experience any overtly unpleasant or inappropriate behavior.
Our shopping process unfolded quite seamlessly — we browsed, selected our items, and completed our purchase without any impediment. The store itself was well-organized, and the overall atmosphere was satisfactory.
That said, the management would do well to consider employing staff with a more congenial and customer-oriented demeanor. A touch of friendliness and engagement could substantially elevate the overall shopping experience and reflect more positively on the brand’s reputation.”

“I visited Tommy Hilfiger near the airport on May 30 at around 3:00 PM, and even though it was pretty busy, Sean still took the time to be incredibly friendly and helpful. This was actually my first time visiting a Tommy Hilfiger store in Edmonton, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but he made the experience really enjoyable.
I was mostly browsing, and Sean recommended a linen shirt that ended up matching perfectly with the shorts I was wearing at the time. It honestly fit my style really well. He also helped to find the perfect size for me and guided me to the fitting room.
Even when he was helping other customers, he never made me feel rushed and was genuinely great to talk to. You can tell he cares about helping customers and not just selling products. Definitely one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. I’d absolutely come back next time!”

“Nice store but noticed when you come into the store everything seemed to be black.
I like colours so I almost left but the sales lady showed me the clothing at the back of the store. My daughter in law is a plus size so was pleased to be able to buy some nice tops.”
