Came in for a stone-chip repair. Sadly, too far gone for repairs. Cleaned the windshield, put a patch until we're ready to get the windshield replaced. Very polite, professional and courteous.

Had a windshield replacement appointment on September 29th, 8am. To my surprise, the plastic panel was horribly damaged! Lloyd, the shop foreman, inspected the damage, and he said that he would get the part from the dealer and install it by himself, but no update or whatsoever as of 6pm! The Honda dealer quoted the part for $199.16 and he do not honor a refund! I will escalate this to their corporate office.

My windshield was struck by a small rock whilst driving on Highway 2; probably the worst chip one to date the size of a quarter. I stopped by Crystal Glass and in less than 30 mins the chip was repaired and now barely visible all that at a competitive price. Thank you

Crystal Glass in Leduc, replaced my windshield Sept '24. In Feb '25 a
stress fracture appeared on the inner laminate. I took my van in for them to see, they said it was a defect. They replaced it NoCharge. What more could you ask for...

I went in to get a replacement glass for a medium case that held a jr hockey jacket. They did a phenomenal job and was fairly cheap. While there I got a free calendar. Over Christmas holiday got a rock chip, they fixed it the same day I called and they did another wonderful job, around 50 dollars. Happy my windshield is protected from spreading, is fixed can barely see it. Ladies upfront have always been professional and nice.

I had my mom's windshield replaced and noticed they had damaged the lower part of the dash so I took it back to show them . The manager looked at it and said he would look into getting it replaced. A little over 2 weeks went by so I called back and said they where still working on it . I had to call back again and this time he said I could make an appointment to get it replaced so I brought the car in thinking they were going to replaced the part. I waited for over 4 hours just for the guy which I'm guessing was the owner to tell me he had a ford technician come in and said that's a common problem which i call BS . They simply had no intention of replacing the part.

After a single rock caused 2 bullseyes on my drivers side windshield, I resigned myself to having the ‘scars’ , forever in my line of vision. I am beyond ecstatic that I have been left two tiny pin- dots, that I must search for. Truly a sign of quality workmanship!!!!
